Things You Need to Know
We founded Bella Boutique, with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding, and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Please use our FAQ page for more reference to our store policies.
Our return policy is simple, all sales are final for all store merchandise and there are absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to us, it is reserved especially for you and we ask that customers respect their reserved appointment time and plan accordingly if needing to reschedule/cancel. We respectfully as bridal clients to inform us about any cancellations or rescheduling at least 48 hours prior to their scheduled appointment time and alteration clients must notify us at least 24 hours prior. Although bridal appointments are free of charge, starting in January 2022 we will require a credit card to hold your appointment. A $50 fee will be charged if the appointment results in a no-show or is not canceled/rescheduled. This policy is enacted out of respect for our stylists and clients.
